Join us for a fun and interactive class where you’ll learn how to make rich, decadent chocolate truffles from scratch while enjoying a glass of wine. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare a smooth chocolate ganache, roll and shape truffles, and coat them in a variety of delicious toppings.
We’ll guide you through simple techniques that will help you create beautiful, bakery-style truffles. By the end of the class, you’ll take home a box of your handmade chocolate truffles to share or enjoy yourself.
