Learn how to make classic éclairs from scratch in this hands-on baking class. Students will learn how to prepare traditional choux pastry, pipe and bake éclairs, and create a smooth pastry cream filling.

During the class, we will go step by step through the process of making the dough, baking the shells, preparing the filling, and finishing the éclairs with a rich chocolate glaze. By the end of the class, each student will leave with their own freshly made éclairs to take home and enjoy.
